  1. Baik klien FBS baru maupun lama dapat berpartisipasi dalam promo di Personal Area (web atau mobile di aplikasi).

  2. Anda hanya bisa menggunakan akun Bonus Naik Level satu kali.

  3. Berikut adalah alur promo untuk Personal Area web:

    • Buka akun Bonus Naik Level di Pesonal Area FBS web Anda.

    • Verifikasi email Anda.

    • Dapatkan $70 gratis.

    • Unduh FBS – Trading Broker untuk menggandakan bonus Anda (dapatkan tambahan $70).

      Anda juga dapat melewati langkah ini jika tidak ingin mengunduh aplikasinya. Dalam kasus seperti ini, tekan tombol "Saya tidak ingin bonus ganda" di Personal Area web.

    • Hubungkan akun Facebook Anda ke Personal Area. Bonus dapat diaktifkan dengan satu akun Facebook sebanyak satu kali.

    • Belajar trading dan lulus tes trading Forex singkat.

    • Trading setidaknya 5 lot selama 20 hari trading aktif dengan maksimal 5 hari yang terlewat selama promo dan tarik profit yang Anda dapatkan dengan akun Bonus Naik Level (baca lebih lanjut di hal.7). Anda memiliki 40 hari untuk melakukannya.

  4. Aturan berikut berlaku untuk akun Bonus Naik Level Anda:

  5. Anda memiliki 40 hari* untuk memenuhi semua ketentuan dan trading profit non-zero. Jika semua ketentuan terpenuhi, Anda dapat menarik bonus profit secara manual.

    *Hari dalam kalender diperhitungkan.

  6. Penutupan akun

    Akun akan ditutup secara otomatis jika ketentuan tidak diselesaikan tepat waktu (lihat hal.5) atau ketika Anda menyelesaikan semua langkah. Progres bonus dan semua info terkait akan tersedia pada halaman bonus di akun Real.

    Setelah 90 hari tidak ada aktivitas di akun Bonus, maka akan ditransfer ke arsip yang tidak dapat diubah.

    Setelah penutupan, Anda tidak dapat membuka kembali akun Bonus Naik Level.

  7. Transfer Profit Bonus

    Anda dapat menarik profit bonus Anda secara manual, atau sistem akan melakukannya secara otomatis ke akun trading Real Anda yang aktif (MT4 dan MT5) pada hari ke-40 setelah partisipasi Anda dalam promo.

    Jumlah profit bonus yang tersedia tidak boleh lebih besar dari bonus awal. Jika jumlah bonusnya $70, maka profit harus lebih rendah atau setara dengan $70. Jika jumlah bonusnya $140, maka profit harus kurang dari atau setara dengan $140.

    Perhatikan bahwa Anda hanya dapat menarik profit sebanyak satu kali.

  8. Hanya order dengan perbedaan 10 poin (100 pip) antara harga pembukaan dan penutupan yang memenuhi ketentuan.

    Contoh:

    Saat Anda membeli EURUSD pada harga 1,13234 dan menutup transaksi pada 1,13480, selisih antara harga pembukaan dan penutupan adalah 0,00246 = 246 pip.

    Saat Anda membeli EURJPY pada harga 110,657 dan menutup transaksi pada 110,757, selisih antara harga pembukaan dan penutupan adalah 10 poin (100 pip).

  9. Ada negara dengan sistem numerik lain di mana 10 pip sama dengan 100 poin. Jika Anda memiliki sistem tersebut di MetaTrader, maka hanya order dengan selisih 10 pip (100 poin) yang memenuhi ketentuan.

    Contoh:

    Saat Anda membeli EURUSD pada harga 1,13234 dan menutup transaksi pada 1,13480, selisih antara harga pembukaan dan penutupan adalah 0,00246 = 246 poin.

    Saat Anda membeli EURJPY pada harga 110,657 dan menutup transaksi pada 110,757, selisih antara harga pembukaan dan penutupan adalah 10 pip (100 poin).

  10. Diskualifikasi

    FBS dapat mendiskualifikasi jika Anda tidak mematuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan atau Perusahaan mencurigai adanya kecurangan. Jika ini terjadi, Anda tidak dapat berpartisipasi dalam promo lagi.

    Ketika dicurigai ada aktivitas penipuan di akun Bonus, Perusahaan berhak untuk mengurangi seluruh bonus dan profit yang didapatkan dengan akun Bonus tanpa pemberitahuan. Dalam kasus ini, keputusannya adalah mutlak.

    Tindakan berikut dilarang: locking/hedging, expert advisor (EA), strategi ladder (tidak diperbolehkan untuk membuka order baru dengan arah yang sama dalam waktu satu jam setelah penutupan order sebelumnya).

    Setiap klien/komputer/IP hanya dapat membuka satu akun Bonus Naik Level. Dilarang menggunakan proxy atau perangkat lunak pengubah alamat IP. Tidak mungkin membuka akun Bonus Naik Level kedua bahkan setelah dana bonus ditransfer.

    Anda tidak dapat trading melalui terminal web ketika menggunakan Bonus Naik Level.

  11. FBS berhak untuk:

    • Menyelesaikan semua perselisihan. Keputusan yang diambil bersifat final dan tidak dapat diubah.

    • Menggunakan informasi yang terkait dengan akun Anda untuk tujuan promosi dan publikasi.

    • Meminta klien untuk masuk ke akun trading dari perangkat alternatif jika diperlukan verifikasi tambahan.

    • Meminta verifikasi Personal Area dari klien. Jika klien menolak untuk memverifikasi Personal Area, Perusahaan berhak untuk menolak permintaan penarikan.

    • Mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan promo.

    • Mendiskualifikasi Anda dari promo karena ketidakpatuhan terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan atau kecurigaan menggunakan praktik buruk untuk menang.

    • Menyelesaikan promo sewaktu-waktu sesuai ketentuan sepihak Perusahaan.

    • Menolak klien dalam pemberian bonus tanpa alasan yang diberikan atau tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

    • Setelah mencurigai terjadinya aktivitas penipuan di akun Bonus, Perusahaan berhak untuk mengurangi seluruh bonus dan profit yang diperoleh dengan akun Bonus tanpa pemberitahuan. Dalam hal ini, keputusannya bersifat mutlak.

  1. Dengan memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, Anda mengonfirmasi bahwa Anda berhak untuk berpartisipasi dalam promo ini sesuai perundangan negara Anda.

  2. Perusahaan tidak bertanggung jawab atas gangguan teknis dan/atau putusnya koneksi internet klien dan layanan pihak ketiga, yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dapat memengaruhi partisipasi klien dalam promo.

4. These settings apply to your Level Up Bonus account:

It is a standard account on the MT5 platform. In MetaTrader, your account is displayed like Demo until you fulfill the Level Up Bonus conditions.

Account currency: USD.

The order volume is 0.01 lot.

Leverage: 1:100 .

The maximum number of positions opened at the same time is 5.

Trading instruments: only Forex major currencies and metals.

Swap-free: available.

5. You have 40 days* to complete all the conditions and trade non-zero profit. In case all the conditions are met, you can manually withdraw your bonus profit.

*Calendar days are taken into account.

6. Account closure

It will be closed automatically if the conditions are not completed on time (see p.5) or when you completed all the steps. The bonus progress and all the related info will be available on the bonus screen in the Real account.

After 90 days of lacking activity on the Bonus account, it is transferred into the irreversible archive.

After the closure, you cannot reopen the Level Up Bonus account.

7. Transfer of the Bonus Profit

You can manually withdraw your bonus profit, or the system will do it automatically to your Real active trading accounts (MT4 and MT5) on the 40th day of your participation in the promo.

The amount of bonus profit available cannot be larger than the initial bonus. If the bonus amount was $70, then profit is less or equal to $70. If the bonus amount was $140, then profit is less or equal to $140.

Notice that you can withdraw the profit only once.

8. Only orders with 10 points (100 pips) difference between the opening and closing prices meet the conditions.

Example:

When you buy EURUSD at the price of 1.13234 and close the deal at 1.13480, the difference between the opening and the closing prices is 0.00246 = 246 pips.

When you buy EURJPY at the price of 110,657 and close the deal at 110.757, the difference between the opening and the closing prices is 10 points (100 pips).

9. There are countries with other numeric systems where 10 pips are equal to 100 points. If you have such a system in MetaTrader, then only orders with 10 pips (100 points) difference meet the conditions.

Example:

When you buy EURUSD at the price of 1.13234 and close the deal at 1.13480, the difference between the opening and the closing prices is 0.00246 = 246 points.

When you buy EURJPY at the price of 110,657 and close the deal at 110.757, the difference between the opening and the closing prices is 10 pips (100 points).

10. Disqualification

FBS can disqualify you if you do not comply with the Terms and Conditions or the Company suspects any cheating activities. In this case, you cannot participate in the promo anymore.

Upon suspecting fraudulent activity on the Bonus account, the Company reserves the right to deduct the entire bonus amount and profit made with the Bonus account without notice. In this case, the decision is beyond contestation.

The following options are prohibited: locking/hedging, expert advisors (EA), ladder strategy (it is not allowed to open a new deal in the same direction within an hour after the closure of the previous deal).

Each client/computer/IP can open only one Level Up Bonus account. It is prohibited to work through proxies or using any IP-address modifying software. Opening the second Level Up Bonus account is impossible even after bonus funds are charged off.

You cannot trade via a web terminal when using the Level Up Bonus.

11. FBS reserves the right to:

Settle all the arguments. The decisions taken are final and not subject to revision.

Use the information related to your account for promotional purposes and publish it.

Ask a client to log in to the trading account from an alternative device in case the additional verification is needed.

Demand a Personal Area verification from a client. In case a client refuses to verify their Personal Area, the Company reserves the right to decline the withdrawal request.

Change Terms and Conditions of the promotion.

Disqualify you from the promotion due to non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or suspicion of using ill practices for winning.

Finish the promotion anytime per the Company’s unilateral provisions.

Refuse a client in bonus granting with no reasons given or without prior notification.

Upon suspecting fraudulent activity on the Bonus account, the Company reserves the right to deduct the entire bonus amount and profit made with the Bonus account without notice. In this case, the decision is beyond contestation.

Notice

  1. By fulfilling these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have the right to take part in this promotion per your country's legislation.
  2. The Company is not liable for technical disruptions and/or breaks in the internet connection on the side of the client and third-party services, which can directly or indirectly affect the client's participation in the promotion.
